  • Sunday 7:00 – 8:15 p.m.
  • Mon / Tues / Wed / Thur 7:30 – 8:45 p.m.

 

*You DO NOT need to sign-up for specific days. You choose your weekly frequency and you have total flexibility with the training schedule to select the days that work best each week based on your schedule.  You can also switch days/times from a week to week basis if needed.

ABILITY LEVEL:
Intermediate – Advanced
GRADES: 8th -12th
1hr 15 min sessions

*In-Season training is recommended at 1-2x per week
*Off-Season training is recommended 3-4x per week
