FitBody at Kratos is program is specifically designed for women at all levels looking to optimize their fitness & health. This focuses on building muscle (toning), increasing strength, mobility, improving longevity (preventing & rehabbing injuries), cardiovascular health, and maximizing fat loss.
Multiple training protocols from resistance, HIIT training, balance/stability, and core/pelvic floor strengthening. You will move better, feel better, improve body shape, increase energy and overall health.
